Hergé's stories can be read in several languages. Availability of titles depends on the language.
You can buy books with your Apple account. This has to be confirmed and configured for in-app purchases. For all questions regarding your purchases you should consult the help provided by Apple.
For a book
- In the bookshelf, click on the desired album and then click Buy
- Click Buy
- Click Download
An Apple window will confirm the title and price of the book.
When your purchase is confirmed the album will display a "Download" button instead of "Buy".
For a collection
Buying a collection works in the same way as buying a single book. When your purchase is confirmed you have to download the books one by one. Note that in the case where you may already own some books it is not possible to buy the whole collection once the price of the collection is more than the total cost of buying separately each book required to complete the collection.
Buying a collection gives you the benefit of a significant reduction compared with buying the books separately.
Yes, as long as your new device is an Apple device. Your purchases are linked to your Apple account. If you change device then you can restore your purchases with Apple.
It is not possible to transfer your purchases to a non-Apple system.
Apple keeps track of your purchases. On your device you must be connected with the Apple account you used to purchase the books. Then:
- In the top left hand corner, click on the Menu
My purchases
- Click on Restore my purchases
- Go to your bookshelf and download your books
A message will tell you how many books have been restored. If no book has been restored check your Apple account, notably the purchase history, to confirm that they are there. If they are there then begin again at step 1.
