Pourquoi et comment êtes-vous devenus fan de Tintin ?

"Coke en stock" est le premier album de Tintin que j’ai ouvert ( il avait été offert à mon frère).
J’ai eu un vrai coup de foudre qui m'a fait acheter dans la foulée toute la collection avec mon argent de poche ( j'étais très econome) mais "Coke en stock" est toujours resté mon préféré : il est très réussi...

When i was a child i use to watch Tintin Adventures as cartoons . Then later i use to borrow comics of Tintin from the library. When i came to Belgium i learned that Tintin is a Belgian character who was created by Herge.
So i started to read most the comics of Tintin and i enjoyed it alot. I strongly recommend that Tintin Adventures will be continuing .

I saw 'Tintin in Tibet' on VHS in the early 90s. That got me hooked.

My father must have recognised the video we got from the library, because he and his family had grown up with Tintin too, so I suspect that he started encouraging my interest from then on. He'd read the books to me, and portray different voices for each character. Then one day I received 'Flight 714' for Christmas one year. My dad had a number of the books and read them to me as a kid.

I couldn’t get enough of it and eventually as I got older, my fascination of Tintin has grown to dvds, books on Hergé and collectibles.

My father gave me Le Lotus Bleu when I was 6 and I was impressed by Tintin's experience in China.

My Uncle bought me Secret of the Unicorn and Red Rackham's Treasure in 1969 when I was eight. I became hooked and collected all the books over the next seven years (714 was published in '76 I think). I'm 65 this year and still draw Herge's characters for fun.

My local library which we visited often when I was little ( loved the mystery of not knowing what I would discover ) and just came across The Castafiore Emerald.. I think I read the entire story there and then ( probably about 8 years old ) my love started there and then and hasn't disappated in just under 50 years !

Personnellement, c’est en lisant L’Île noire à 8 ans que j’ai été happé par l’univers.

my mum showed me my first tintin comic when i was four months old. even though i can't remember it i like thinking about how my mum introduced me to tintin and i am forever greatful and a VERY VERY big fan ;). the book she showed me was the black island

Tintin les cigares du Pharaon fut ma première BD à l'âge de 6 ans, cette BD facilita l'apprentissage de la lecture et fut la 1ère BD d'une très longue collection. Bien plus âgée je suis tombée dans la collection des figurines, le format 15 cm est pour moi exceptionnel, j'aimerai qu'il y ait bien plus de personnage.

so.....after my sister went to Thailand, to her husband studying Pilot. she returned with an set of tintin books, just for me. At first i haven't even heard of the Tintin, let alone read it. burt after reading the first book in the set, "tintin in america, i immediately fell in love, that is the way.
