A digital legend for the Tintin's fresco at Brussels-South station
In the hall of the Brussels-South station, a fresco: Tintin dressed as a cowboy, clinging to the front of a steam locomotive at full speed. He is in pursuit of Bobby Smiles, a dangerous gangster from Chicago.
Straight out of the original black and white album Tintin in America, the vignette has been reproduced on a canvas measuring 8 by 8 meters, and has been displayed at Brussels-South station since 2007.
New legend: a QR code
The traditional legend has been replaced by a QR code. This code is read with the camera of a smartphone or a tablet.
