Bob De Moor. Hergé's Clear Line
Even though he is best known as the faithful right-hand man of Tintin's creator – within the Studios Hergé, where he worked for 35 years –, the Antwerp-born artist Bob De Moor also found success with his own series: Barelli, Cori le moussaillon, Monsieur Tric, Balthazar, Uncle Zigomar...

Written by author and comics journalist Gilles Ratier, who drew on numerous sources and had access to the De Moor family archives, this monumental illustrated biography of a man regarded as one of the pioneers of Flemish comics takes us back through several decades of the golden age of comic art.

This is the most comprehensive work ever devoted to this acknowledged master of the "ligne claire": whether through his essential contributions to Hergé’s creations, to major Franco-Belgian series such as Lefranc and Blake and Mortimer, or through his own remarkable body of work.

Debate "AI, and What about Tintin?"
Artificial intelligence is no longer a subject of science fiction. Like the printing press, electricity, or the computer, it is transforming our lives and demanding news ways of thinking, creating, and making decisions. But what becomes of humanity - and... Tintin - in the face of this revolution?

The debate AI, and What about Tintin? aims to explore these questions through a unique lens: that of Tintin and his companions.

Professir Calculus would see it as a scientific magnifying glass, amplifying human intelligence.

The Grand Abbot would remind us that AI is merely a mirror of your intentions, calling for ethics and consciousness. And Tintin, the faithful reporter, would investigate this news territory: who controls these machines?

How can we preserve the truth in a world of manipulated images?

Three organizations - EPHEC, N-ZONE and Tintinimaginatio – together with speakers from diverse backgrounds (researchers, developers, communicators) and students, will share their perspectives (*), before opening the discussion to the audience.

AI is not just a technology: it is a collective adventure, a test of conscience.

Between progress, governance, creativity, and humanity, this encounter invites everyone to ask: will Tintin's future pass through AI?
